Front Desk Executive/ Senior Receptionist

We here at No.1 Pery Square Hotel & Spa are recruiting a Front Desk Executive/ Senior Receptionist. If you are a dedicated,Highly motivated and looking for a new challenge in which to develop your career & skill within a Boutique Hotel setting, and love what you do then we have the career opportunity for you. We are looking for a genuinely caring person, eager to provide excellent customer satisfaction, excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral), attention to detail and flexibility to work in accordance with the business needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least +2 years’ experience in a similar boutique style Hotel

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Excellent personal presentation, phone manner and customer service skills required

Ability to maintain and manage consistently high standards of service and manage all operations within the front office department

Be responsible for upselling at front desk & allocations of rooms

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential

To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues effectively and in a courteous manner to maintain a high quality customer service

Be empowered to solve issues as they arise and anticipate guest needs

Experience with Hotsoft V8 is desirable and a distinct advantage but not essential as full training will be provided

To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience

Handling check-ins or check-out’s.

To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes

Processing payments of all online bookings, no shows and cancellations

Adhere to all GDPR policies

Keeping the front office and the reception area clean and tidy at all times

Other duties as required

Requirements

Minimum of +2years experience in a similar role within a similar 20 bedroom Boutique Hotel

Strong attention to detail, ability to multi task

Excellent communication, organisational and IT Skills

Strong Management and Interpersonal Skills

Calm, efficient and organised

Excellent written and spoken English
