Part Time Spa Receptionist

We are seeking experienced Spa Receptionist for a part-time position. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. The role involves managing appointments, handling guests enquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the Spa.

The ideal candidate requires the following:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanour and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in a Spa, Hotel or wellness environment
Must have fluency in English – both written and oral
Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer applications
Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service
Spa therapist qualification desired but not essential
Availability to work full days and weekends 20h to 30h a week
