Spa Therapists

We are seeking experienced Spa Therapists to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service and perform a range of facial and body treatments in accordance with our spa standards. Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for our valued guests, serving as the welcoming face of No. 1 and setting the tone for their entire stay. Your warm and friendly demeanor will create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring that guests feel instantly at ease from the moment they step through our doors. From facilitating smooth and efficient check-ins to providing attentive assistance throughout their stay, you’ll be dedicated to ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience with us, from check-in to check-out.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Excellent personal presentation, phone manner and customer service skills required

Ability to maintain and manage consistently high standards of service and manage all operations within the front office department

Be responsible for upselling at front desk

Be responsible for allocation of rooms

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential

To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/ issues effectively and in a courteous manner to maintain a high quality customer service

Be empowered to solve issues as they arise and anticipate guest needs

Experience with Hotsoft is desirable and a distinct advantage but not essential as full training will be provided

To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience

Processing payments of all online bookings, no shows and cancellations
