The Long Room

The menus at No. 1 are all about simplicity and pride. Inspired by our wonderful producers — not just from Limerick and its environs, but from the whole island — our role is to source the best ingredients and present them simply to showcase their flavour and the love that has gone into making them.

All our wines are produced in harmony with nature, including bio-dynamic, natural, organic & sustainable wines. Head Chef Alex Timms and the kitchen team welcome you to No. 1 with some tantalising dishes from menus that are based on the amazing local produce currently available from our incredible suppliers.

Our kitchen team will take a break from early to mid January 2024 where we will close for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
We will be back by the end of January with exciting new menus for you to enjoy.
