From grape pressing, to fermentation, quality control and even bottling, this course will take you from bumbling in the wine shop, to producing your own vintage at home in the kitchen.
To celebrate everything the group has learned together, the course culminates with a celebration meal in the hotels award winning Brasserie One with wines carefully selected to match every course and inspiring stories from Liam and Simon to take you to the wineries from where they came. You even get to taste your own wines and maybe win a prize for the best vintage.
The cost of this unique course is €225 and for five flavour and fun filled evenings doing what you love most. This price includes all your tuition, ingredients and equipment as well as the celebration feast.
